All orders placed before our 2pm EDT  deadline of the current business day (Monday through Friday), will ship out the same day. Orders placed after our deadline, will ship the following business day. Actual time of delivery, is subject to the shipping method you choose.

Delays may include major USA holidays or acts of nature (ie: storms, floods, anything preventing delivery). Delays in getting your order shipped may also include proofing your order before it ships. We offer this service to allow customers to preview our work and request changes before the final product leaves. Keep in mind that this is an extra step in the production process that could delay shipping. This warning is given during the ordering process and customers are ask to both understand and accept this risk.

How Much Will Shipping and Handling Cost Me?

How do you package your documents to ensure they aren't damaged in transit?

All of our documents are shipped just like a school would ship out their document(s)... in flat unmarked packaging sleeves with reinforced corners to protect the document during transit. Your package label will not mention our website or that a fake diploma, diploma, and/or transcript is inside it! We respect your privacy and proudly offer 100% anonymous packaging!

How will I know my product has shipped, left your warehouse and is coming to me?

Tracking numbers are electronically generated and emailed to our customers, once their package is scanned by a delivery driver. Please keep in mind that tracking numbers may not be active and can not be tracked right away. Sometimes it can take a few hours of movement of your package to update online. It is not uncommon for customers to get their package before tracking details are updated through the courier's website.

Do I need to sign for my package when it arrives?

Our credit card processors requires that all packages be signed for. This is a must. If you aren't home to sign for your package, the driver will attempt another delivery the following business day or you can pick-up your package at your local hub. If you do not wish to sign for a package, consider paying with certified check or money order. Speak with customer service beforehand to see if such payment methods are currently available.
